Fridays are always a good day. It's the last day of the work week for me and 8 hours closer to the weekend. I really pushed hard all day to get everything done today so I could leave and really enjoy the rest of my day and weekend.
Friday nights are typically pizza night in my house, and every other Friday I have to get the laundry together so I can go to the laundromat on Saturday morning. Yes, I do get up really early to go to the laundromat, and I have been doing it for it. But, I have done the math and it is far cheaper than owning a washer and dryer when you factor in the cost of our water, sewer, electricity and gas. The best part is that it takes two hours and I'm done for two weeks. Can't get better than that!
Tonight I am enjoying the cool evening breeze and watching a favorite movie of mine, Please Don't Eat The Daisies, starring Doris Day and David Niven. I just love this and a lot of other older movies. This just might be one of those weekends to enjoy some classics!
Wishing you moments of to enjoy the classics!

That pizza looks delicious. You sound very organised. We don't have laundromats in Delhi where I live so I have to keep using my washing machine but it's interesting that it works out cheaper.
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend with pizza and movie.
