BlogFEST 2012 Dear Past Me/Dear Future Me

Dear Past Me:

If I could give you one gift, it would be to appreciate every moment of your growing up. The good, the bad and the ugly. Time moves so quickly. You won't always be sad, you won't always be unhappy. Everything that you will go thru will be so worth it in the end.

Enjoy the time you spend with the ones you love, because you don't know how long they will be around. Take your time and cherish every moment with them.

Write down your thoughts and don't keep them all in your head. You are a truly remarkable person and have wonderful gifts to share with everyone.

Love,

Your Present Self,

Dear Future Me,

Will you please slow down? Stop doing so much! Take the time to smell the roses and enjoy life. I know you have a lot on your mind, but you need to do a brain dump or something so that you can concentrate on doing things one at a time instead of all at the same time.

Stop worrying too! Everything will happen as you want it, just going to take a bit of time. Worry will get you no where, and it is a waste of time.

Put yourself first for a change. You spend so much time taking care of other people's needs, that you forget to take care of your own. No one will think any less of you.

Your Present Self,
