Karma

"Karma is a law in Hinduism which maintains that every act done, no matter how insignificant, will eventually return to the doer with equal impact. Good will be returned with good; evil with evil. Since Hindus believe in reincarnation, karma knows no simple birth/death boundaries. If good or evil befall you, it is because of something you did in this or a previous lifetime." - from the Skeptic's Dictionary.

I prefer to think of it as "What goes around, comes around." Meaning, if you do good things, than good things will happen to you. The flip side...if you're mean, than don't expect anything nice to fall your way, and if you think you're immune to it, then think again. It might not happen today, tomorrow, next week or next month; bad Karma always has a way of coming back and biting you in the a$$. Good Karma...well...good Karma are the sweet moments of life that show up when you least expect them!
